Cedar Villas is a privately managed 70-unit complex comprised of 850 square feet 2 bed room, 2 bath units. Each unit comes furnished with a full size washer/dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The complex construction began in October 2002 and completed in September 2006. Efficent radiant baseboard hot water heat is included.
Availability averages around 1-2 apartments every 4 months, however since Covid it is not unusual to be completely full for several months in a row.
